Helix
Hello to anyone who manages their way to this topic; I own a 2003 Mustang; just a v6, nothing special. The problem is that it has stock rims...which means they are circles of metal; no mustang, no nothing.. Now, where I will not be immedietly purchasing new rims, I would like any imput on this subject. I have a few ideas of what I'm looking for; first off no chrome. I know that chrome looks really nice, but I do not want chrome on this mustang, its just a matter of personal taste. That said, I could really use the size of my rims; unfortunately, I do not know the quick trick to knowing this, so once again any imput is appriciated. Now then, for the rims. I would rather not go with Bullitt rims (sorry to bullitt owners, I just don't want to taint the name by adding them to a v6). Regular svt cobra rims are nice, but theres a beat up mustang up town owned by a kid who managed 3/4ths of the rims to be svt cobra; it just looks bad sadly. Thus, no svt cobra. What I'm interested in are rims that are either Shelby rims made for an Sn95 body, or maybe some mach 1 rims; GT if they look nice. Currently, these are what I am drawn to the most: http://www.americanmuscle.com/gunmetal-shelby-razor-wheels-9404.html And these are nice as well, but jeeze the price: http://www.cjponyparts.com/american-racing-wheel-18%22x10%22-torq-thrust-m-black-1994-2004/p/W281/ If you know any other website that these are cheaper, better deals, or higher quality, please inform me. And if Shelby rims on a v6 look dumb, also inform me. Thank you anyone and I really appriciate the help.
TrakRat
The cjponyparts wheels ARE a bullitt rim.

cobrakidz
Bullitt rims are played out--go with a FR500 or some other rim like that. Go to American Muscle and look at their selection.
