Rick, did you have the red one @ the Music City Mustang's Nashville Super Speedway event?

Great looking cars!

As you have tracked them both...comparisons?

Is the LS far superior or would the average driver even notice?

Great cars congrats!!

There is very little difference. I tracked both before the first oil change with about 500 miles on them and both showroom stock (The LS parts took another month to get here). What people do not seem to understand is that the difference between is the LS and regular Boss 302 is negligible. You have the rear seat delete and cross brace. Everything else can be bought through FRPP and put on the Regular Boss 302. At Hallett I discovered that there is a bit of understeer in the car, I threw Random Misfire Codes in both, overheated both of them and experienced some brake fade in both. The average driver will never notice the difference between the two cars.

I did - and I don't consider myself to be better than average.

To me the LS is for more stable at speed and in tight turns. Both cars are inspire confidence and are an absolute blast to drive, but the LS is just a smidge better when it's in the twisties. My comparisons are after I put the trans cooler, braking cooling and Boss 302S rims with Pirelli Corsa tires on my street Boss ford the Ford Superfest this summer at VIR.
