DocHolliday Posted September 14, 2011 Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 Sunday, September 25, 2011 Cruise through the Country -Meet at Quiznos in Magnolia (Woodforest Plaza Shopping Center) at 9:30am and depart at 10:00am for the cruise -The Cruise will be thru west Montgomery County and Grimes County, on winding roads, with country scenery -We will make multiple stops to regroup, and take pictures, videos, etc -A Professional videographer will be part of the event -We will get back to Woodforest Plaza Shopping Center about 12:30 for lunch and a street meet -Donations and supplies will be collected for the Magnolia Fire Department and Fire Victims Show-And-Shine Talk Cars - Show Cars 4th Sunday of each month No Entry Fee You are invited to bring your special automobile, truck, motorcycle or just stop by and talk. This is open to all makes and models of anything automotive. It is an informal, drive-in, show-and-shine event. Everyone is welcome. The Quiznos in Magnolia is gracious enough to lend us their space for the event. Part of our goal this month is to collect needed supplies for the Magnolia Fire Department. Below is a list of needed items. IMMEDIATE NEEDS grease Pencils - like restaurants use D, C, AA & AAA Batteries flashlights of all sizes juice Boxes R134 Lithium Batteries gauze Wraps travel Size mouth wash anti itch cream mole skin - foot insole that can be found in the Dr. Scholl's section Ear Plugs Mens Boxers - loose fitting - no briefs 55 gallon trash bags OFF spray - bug repellent spray spray sunscreen - dry spray if possible air mattresses sleeping bags pillows blankets poster boards Pepto Bismol - chewable tablets Immodium electrical power surge strips beef jerky bananas, grapes, apples, oranges 1 gallon and larger zip lock bags ITEMS NEEDED TO REPLENISH STOCK dust masks eye wash or eye drops water gatorade other individually packaged, non-perishable food items such as: granola bars, energy bars, beef jerky, cookies, cheese or peanut butter crackers baby wipes t-shirts (variety of sizes) crew socks tylenol / aspirin / ibuprofen XL work gloves nose spray toilet paper paper towels, napkins, to-go boxes, cups, plastic utensils energy drinks - all kinds including 5-hour energy band aids safety glasses bandanas gum cough drops spray deodorant 1 - 4 GB flash drives boxes clear packing tape tape guns large rubber bands folding tables and chairs Office Supplies at Command Post sticky notes; black and red pens; pencils, highlighters - yellow, green, blue, pink; fine point and chisel tip dry erase markers - black, blue, green, red; dry erase board cleaner and erasers, copy paper, black permanent markers - chisel tip and jumbo or large, correction tape, large rubber bands, 9 X 12 and 10 X 13 manila envelopes, folding tables and chairs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
