Both the FR500C boyracer and FR500GT manracer will get homologated in FIA GT classes! Hopefully without restrictor plates and gearing limitations that the Grand Am put on the 500C. American iron taking on the Euros head-to-head ...private teams with turnkey Ford racers -- cool! Back when the 500C took the GrandAm crown, it was reported that several BMW teams had expressed interest in switching to Mustang racers.
