Major
I just purchased the BaseCare 5yr/60K extended warranty for a 2007 w/3000 miles. I still had drive train warranty. Anyway question: I noticed that under this plan the supercharger is not covered, it shows it as an option on the application/registration form, should this be covered, any issues down the road, any input would be appreciated! vipereatr
I don't know about Ford extended, but my Mom has a Cadillac with 3rd party warranty. She had to have the air conditioner pump replaced, and they used the cheapest rebuilt available. I thin if you have mods you're out of luck (and coverage) for those parts. Even if they do cover/replace, will it be with Motorcraft parts?
socalwrench
With a supercharger, what brand could you get as a direct replacement other than one from Ford? I'm still skeptical about these aftermarket warranty companies. Edited May 15, 2011 by socalwrench
