sherpa Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 hometown guy gave the hometown team (blackhawks) almost a decade of stability at defense, leadership, heart and soul. and they con't to let his number being used. i know he signed with a rival team after free agent but c'mon now, give him his due. u didn't want to pay him, thats ok but don't forget what he gave u out of that decade. im not saying to automatically retired his number or anything but the least u can do is put #7 dormant. btw he never wore #7 after leaving chicago. just saying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
