Installing Shelby GT500 Kooks Headers: 1-7/8" Primary

Recommended Posts

I am thinking of adding these Shelby GT500 Kooks Headers: 1-7/8" Primary.

I was wondering if people think these are the best option for a 2010 Shelby GT500 and how hard are they to install? Are there any modifications or do they fit right in there?

Thanks all

Racin' Randy

I have these on my 2010 gt500 and the passenger side is fairly easy, the drivers side will require the motor to be jacked up and from the passenger side pull the top of the motor towards you while some one else slides the header up and almost in place. You can then line up the holes and install the bolts. You can do it by yourself if you can get the car up high enough to push the drivers side up and toward the passenger side while sliding header up and into the area.
