David Hawkins
I don't know who wrote that Article but, DAMNNNN, could he have used more un needed words? He went off in so many directions that if it were not for the Title, I would have a hard time trying to figure out what the article was really about. OH, about the KR, I must say, it looks cool, He should have used a GT 500 though, but hey, it's HIS car.

Cali_KR
I saw this car at Fashion Valley mall in San Diego this past Saturday sitting in the valet area. I thought it was just a Mustang with a body kit....I never gave it second glance. On the other hand, the tasty Aston Martin got second and thrid looks from me.... Why do that to a KR? 08KR731
I guess that means mine is one of 1010 surviving 2008's !
SicShelby
Well, it doesn't concern me any. However... I'm not sure that I would do that to a KR that's for sure!

There's more parts from the KR that he's trying to sell, wheels, front fascia, fenders and seats. This guy is not hurting for money.

If you see it again please get the VIN number. Without going into details, there has been a rash of GT500 & GT500KR's being stolen from various dealerships only to have their VIN replaced with a VIN from a wrecked Mustang and then being sold on the cheap. I'm not saying anything about this car, just never hurts to check things out. Steve
socalwrench
I kind of wish the silver matched, but to each his own. Personally, I like a good wide body, but.... I didn't realize it was a real KR. If I saw it on the street, I would just assume it was a modified Mustang.

supersnake94
:barf: I usually like chicken with my rice, but I can't have it today because it's going to be cornbeaf and cabbage instead. a soon to be classic car.......ruined!

socalwrench
I looked at it closer and the back right quarter is smashed too. I would have to salvage some factory Mustang chassis parts to fix it. It would take a ton of work, but it looks to be a real Shelby. Here's the VIN to check: 1ZVHT88S585198312. Dubstang
Looks like a SS. Poor car. Anyone want to rebuild it? It's in Vallejo, CA. Looks like a GT500 to me with Supersnake stripes. The hood vents are that of the standard GT500. Either way, what a shame. Jim

Jim Here's all the parts from the KR. It wasn't stolen, the owner has a lot of money and doesn't care about it being a KR. He could buy another one with his AMEX black card. He wants $4,700.00 for the remaining parts. The hood was sold two weeks ago for $1,400.00 to a guy in Virginia.
