I was suggested to use a bead of silicone on both sides of the gasket. Has anybody used High temp silicone or should I use them without the silicone. The header bolts. I am about to install the passenger side tomorrow night Thank you guys for the help I'm sure you already have these on by now but yes yous can use hi temp rtv on both sides of the factory gaskets. I've used it and i know of a hop tht does it on all header installs. Its definately not going ot hurt anything. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
