upl8dave
I had a 2009 GT/CS that was lowered with H&R Race springs, Bilstein shocks and struts, and a M&M adjustable panhard bar. I sold the car but retained the parts for re-sale. I have a guy interested in buying them to lower his 2009 GT 500. Has anyone out there used these specific parts to lower their car? I understand that M&M sells a different set of springs especially for the GT500 because of the front end weight difference. Does the GT500 already have the bilstein shocks and struts on it from factory? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
6-Speed
The 2007 to 2009 GT500s come with Tokico twin tubes struts and shocks. The GT500 is heavier and have a different weight distribution than the Mustang GT, so consider suspension components designed specifically for the car when it comes to the springs and sway bars. In general manufacturers of high performance shocks and panhard bars offer a common product for all models of S197 Mustangs.
