I think they have a winning formula to assure that they never get behind again. I got this e-mail from TS today telling that my subscription "is due to expire soon." As you will see below, that was followed with: "Package Expires: "03 Dec 2011." Now THAT is being proactive. Jim [Edit: Spelling] Hello!
