TacRunner Posted October 19, 2010 Report Share Posted October 19, 2010 Hey all - I was just checking in to the Terror forums and wanting to drop you all a quick line. I did return home from Afghanistan all safe and partily sound. Working the PTSD demons out right and then got re-deployed back to the middle east (but alittle safer local this time) The big thing that I had to do when I got home was sell the Terror Taco and become a all Ford family. I really liked that little truck but when you drive nothing but Toyotas and land cruisers in a war zone, the last thing you want is a memory to pop back up. Besides the truck went to a shelby family in Southern California. And they loved it. The other big change is that the wife wanted to get a 2 cylinder upgrade and we moved away from the 2010 Mustang V6 and into a 2011 Mustang GT (5.0). I miss the dreams of having a 2010 terlingua but with the new Stang, the only thing missing is the bunny LOL. I have some photos to share with you all. So i hope that you enjoy. Who knows maybe i will get a Shelby at 2014... gonna have to wait and see. But the main thing I wanted to tell you all is thank you so much for all your thoughts, e-mails, Facebook shouts and more. You guys are awesome and its going to be a blast when i can finally be home and hit Terlingua with you all!!!! This was taken the day before I sold it. It turned out great. Here is the new Mustang at the Mustangs by the Bay in San Diego, Ca. It's the biggest Mustang Show that is hosted in San Diego. The wife took First place in her class. I was unable to be there due to being shipped out. And here is the New Truck, I got to play with it some before being shipped out again. I have alot of big plans for her!
