6.1hemi
I ran my Grabber Blue 2010 tonight at Piedmont 1/8 mile drag strip. My mods are Justin's 2.65 pulley and tune and Nitto 555R DR's. My best ET was 7.67 with a 2.01- 60' and a huge 97.52 MPH !!! for my mods. The cars that were running that MPH with good 60' times were running 6.9X to 7.0's. At this point I am not adding any more power adders until I get the suspension right. I had a blast. Only Made three runs and got the dreaded 1-2 grind on one of the three. I still have the stock plugs in the car. I need to change them out.

That's equivalent to running high 11.90s to 12 flat in the 1/4 mile. Good job.
6.1hemi
7.67? That's equivalent to running high 11.90s to 12 flat in the 1/4 mile. Good job. Thanks. I think that run would have netted me an 11.6 or maybe even better @ around 123.50 MPH based on this time slip in the 1/4. I had a horrible 60' of 2.0 last night. When I ran the 11.96, I had a 1.895. 1/4 Mile ET: 11.960 1/4 Mile MPH: 120.440 1/8 Mile ET: 7.808 1/8 Mile MPH: 94.000 0-60 Foot ET: 1.895 VBOX 60-130 MPH: 0.000 Standing 1 Mile MPH: 0.000 Temperature F: 88.0 Density Altitude (DA): 2242 feet Timeslip Scan: VBOX Graph: Car Make: Ford Car Model: Mustang Shelby-GT500 Car Type: Car Year: 2010 IN that run I picked up 26 MPH from the 1/8 to the 1/4. This time I ran 97.52 MPH in the 1/8. If you add 26 MPH to that 1/8 (and the DA was much much better last night( I would have been knocking on a 124 MPH 1/4 mile with 1.5 hr worth of work in my garage. Only mods are Justin's 2.65 Pulley and tune and crappy Nittos. I am really amazed what a small amount of tune can do.] With a 1.5 60' I could have run this car against the Pro stockers when I was 17 years old!! Got to get the suspension right and a good set of weekend drag strip tires. I started this craziness in 1967 and I can't shake the Jones.
