I don't think you can, I am sure you will need to remove the entire brake light assembly, would be an excellent opportunity to install sequential tail lights if you haven't already. I have the sequintal harness as well and they look really good. I'll snap a pic tomorrow. I'm also going to get the smoked side lights as well.
