Yes, I am a Crossfitter, nothing like the folks who are participants in the games but I must say that I have come a long way from last year Gone from 268lbs to 205lbs with 14% body fat from well, you get the point. My wife has been kicking butt also. So is there anyone doing Crossfit? If not, look around your area for a Box(gym), young, old, in shape or not just go out and try it, you will get hooked!!!!
