I have a 06 GT Vert with a Vortech and supporting mods. Car has run into the 11s on a good track many times. stkjock Posted May 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 6, 2010 Thanks guys, I'm on Long Island, appreciate all the kind words. As far as getting a GT500... I really would like a car that can run mid to low 10s ( I hang around a fast crew) and a GT500 has the shortblock to do it with a blower upgrade and some added fuel components. Plus the look of the 500 is pretty sweet. As my car has not gained much interest in the for sale market I may just keep it and do a build over the winter at years end. 700whp+ is where I'm shooting for.
