We have it all & it takes place at Myrtle Beach SC a great place to vacation. Athough I haven't been able to make it back yet (can only afford one big road trip each year, last year 45th, this year Mustangs at the Mansion over labor day weekend) I do plan on making it back Maybe 2011! My mom- inlaw lives close by myrtle beach and from what, I remember there really wasn't any cop hanging around. By the mall was crazy burn outs and hole shots. RazorbackMustang Posted June 17, 2010 Report Share Posted June 17, 2010 My wife and I went last year. It was just amazing! It's a long drive for us (1100 miles one way), but completely worth it. Unfortunately due to EAA AirVenture being the next and my obligations to it with work, we won't be able to go. If you're thinking about a hotel, I suggest renting a condo for the week. Many of them are nearly the same cost as a hotel for the week and they are far better than a hotel room. Many of the chain hotels are downtown near the meeting places (Colonial Mall/Hooters). A group of stangs will be departing the Greenville, S.C. area Monday morning around 8:30 a.m. if anyone wants to join in?
