This Shelby Memorabilia Seller Should Know Better

Recommended Posts

Have to chuckle at this ebay auction. Kind of surprised that this well known Shelby memorabilia seller could get something so wrong. Not even close.

I'm posting this in the Dodge section because it was our Whittier horn medallion used on the Fitzgerald Shelby Viper. What he is selling is not even close and isn't even a horn button. Horn buttons since 1987 must have that "trumpet" icon by federal law.

Steve,

It looks like it's the hood emblem... Look at the second picture in the ad.

Perhaps the seller should get a "Ask Seller A Question" and advise that the emblem is not the steering wheel center. Sellers cannot be an expert on every part and sometimes make mistakes. As a buyer, we should do our own research and bid accordingly. A good seller will post any questions from other Ebay users that question the part description OR the seller will correct the description. Just a thought. :shift:
