Aftermarket TB

At what point does the stock TB become a restriction? I guess what I'm asking is if I can expect to see any real gains and better response from installing a larger TB ? I've been told that I'm not moving enough air for it to make a difference at my power level which seemed to make sense.

I would change the TB and MAH. I'm sure the FR TB and the FR 123mm MAH help get us to 641rwhp on the SGT. We may try the new L&M TB, flows 2,000CFM and will support over 1,200HP.

I've been thinking hard about doing just that but my shop advises against it and I keep reading post and threads like this:

Since my car is a DD I really don't want to sacrifice anymore drivability than I already have.
