I hadn't thought about having that done. Now I am! Let's see what develops. Maybe taking off the headrest and bringing it to an upolstery shop?? GT500KR Posted December 23, 2006 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2006 Ok I undid the snap but in order to remove the cover,I think some stitching has to be undone. It is so tight on there it tends to make me think the stitching was done or completed once the cover is put in place. (I'm worried they may rip removing them) is there a place that sells just the shell for the headrests? Meaning just the cover. Ford only sells the whole setup. At least thats what my parts guy said at the dealership near me. If they are available I'll take the chance, if not I'll bite the bullit and get the upholstery guy to remove it/ "is there a place that sells just the shell for the headrests?"
