one bad pony Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 is it possible to do the Kicker upgrade and still use the factory sub box in trunk? I have an 05 GT convertible and have always wanted to upgrade the shaker 1000 system in it to something better but didn't want to have to add a bunch of wiring that comes with aftermarket amps. It says that the amp is plug and play but the audio package is for only one sub while the factory box has two. any help would be greatly appreciated. The Kicker single sub is MUCH better than the two factory units. Toss the stockers out in the street and let someone run over them.
