dukenrock
I am considering selling/trading my 2007 40th and 2008 and just getting one SS. The 2007 has 1200 miles, Black, Chrome Razors, MINT condition and the 2008 has 900 miles and roughly 17-20K in add ons. Red, White stripes, Black/Red interior, Shaker 1000, Polished CS40 wheels, MINT condition. Neither one has ever been driven in the rain. I would prefer a Vapor, Red or Black SS but would be open to other colors.

VaporDude
I thought about that but I have alot of mods that would go to waste... They can be removed and sold. SAI would more than likely remove them anyway. You can recoup some of your money back.

MY500SS
I agree, SS the red coupe but if you really want vapor or black then that's what you should get. Even though red is the best

mrdci
Why not just buy the hood and wheels and have your car restriped? With 16K worth of mods I wouldn't do it.
mr ford
I'll even take the CS40 wheels off your hands if you super snake the red car....

I love the look on the Porsche guys faces when they're inspecting my car in the pits after I've manhandled them on the track all day long. Priceless. mrdci
I'd atleast said GTR or something like that. At least it has the cool and unique factor.
theshadow1234
I wouldn't trade either of them. Dude you have nice cars man. Think of it this way, in 40 years these 2 cars will be collectibles and then, if we're still alive you can pass them on to one of your family members and become a legend or 2 auction them off and get some big $$$. dukenrock
So I inquired about a 2008 Black SS with the 725HP package at a Dealership in CA. 800 miles on the car, asking roughly 87K. I gave him all of my info on the '07 40th and '08. He says he'll give me mid 20's for each. So,,,,, I offered him 58K for his '08 SS. (25K for the car and 33K for the SS package) I also told him I'd give him a 5K Commission on top of that making it 63K. Maybe I will SS the '08.... txcobra
YES! SS the 08, you have two great cars and you know them both. If there are no issues, hang on to em and keep modding to your liking!

I had a guy tell me once "well yah, you needed all that to beat me". The Porsche guys really hate to be beat by a "Mustang".
