Burning Blue Star IV Posted September 16, 2009 Report Share Posted September 16, 2009 Pretty sure that the date you are referring to is the serialized date or when it's fed into the Ford system for scheduling. I could be wrong however. Going by the build date of 09-17-09..I don't see how it would ever be delivered in one week to the dealer. Expect at least 3 weeks after build date at minimum. There are a few people with contacts with ford that might be able to give you the status at the plant...but I don't want to speak for them. sterling/silver gt500 Posted September 16, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 16, 2009 the ny area sales rep emailed me fri said 9/17build. thought he would have best info. fri stopped by dealer my salesman was off ,so someone else checked status he said the car was bucked?? yesterday cs said car was in production.at dealer 10/2. called today they said at dealer 9/21 ???? don`t know.i`ll try calling my salesman tomarrow. thanks again!!!
