165MPHGT500
3000 miles and change. She's a bute. One seat belt issue and a small rock chip in paint on hood. One small rock ding in hood. I HATE BIG TRUCKS. All the more reason to hammer-down and put them quickly in the rearview mirror. Local dealer stuck it to me for the oil (Mobil 1) and filter change. 1st look under the car since PDI, not that it was worth the $100+. I bought 6 quarts of Castrol 5W-50 for less than $30. The next change I'm doing. Hope you like the pic's.

Grabber
Larry in NY, I detect a little color waffleing going on. Don't ya just hate that. I went thru that. what helped me is that for the last month and a half there has been a 2007 Mustang with the pony pkg setting in front of a dealership that I have to drive by to get to work. It is Grabber Orange. I see it every morning and every evening as I drive by. One morning I got out and really checked it out. If you see your dream color in person, it really helps you to confirm your choice.

Could'n help but notice your radar dector, the experts recommand that it should be a bit higher up as for the rear window view for, rear laser alert. But at 140 MPH that cord obstructs to much of my vision. Just kidding . . . Not many if any laser radar devices in south Texas. I've looked from the rear spoiler in and can still see the detector to ensure adequate height. I've owned Valentine One radar detectors for about the last five years and they have saved me many times. Texas DPS can still defeat it with the Instant-On Radar. Them rascals. rpretzel
Hey 165MPHGT500, Do the tungsten stripes really look as light as the pictures seem? I'm putting in a RaceDeck floor and I want it to be blue and silver/grey to match the Shelby, but I'm having a hard time matching the color. The Graphite color they offer is very dark - almost black, but the Alloy looks like it might be too light. RaceDeck

I had seen a white with blue in person and it was stunning but this vista with tungstun just blows me away, its such a hard choice, well maybe if i get lucky i can get a 2009 white one before the run is over ,well now i am dreamin, maybe i should just concentrate on how i'am going to pay for this one, well i'am still caught between the two choices but for now its the blue, its probably to late to change anyway. enjoy your ride, cool color also, Larry

I think the lighter color would reflect more light and bring out the car colors better, IMO. Great idea for the garage floor. I like it . . . 165, Congrats! I have the same color combo and couldn't be happier with my choice. :hyper: CC CC, I knew I had the correct decision for me once I saw that beautiful picture you posted several weeks back. I got mine a few days later. No doubt about the choice when I saw it then and heard all the hoots and awes from the boys and the dealers. Drive fast, drive safe . . .
