Is this normal for car this new

I recently had car up on lift and noticed a-arms, etc developing rust blisters, just wandered if everyone else is having the same problem, Ford dealer said this is normal, and they will only replace parts when they are rusted through, car has only 3500 miles, but on my 2003 Ford F350 it actually has a lot less rust than this. We were planning on keeping this car for ever but are having second thoughts.

Car has never been on salted roads and kept in garage and was bought new.

I know some have painted their axles, etc.. but for $50,000 it's a damn shame they didn't use some type of decent rust prevention.
