doctorjay Posted July 20, 2009 Report Share Posted July 20, 2009 Was driving North on Hwy 83/84 Friday evening, 6pm, come over a little rise in the road and there are 2 sets of flaching lights and then I see the Shelby stripes on the hood of a grey with black stripes GT500 coupe on the side of the road. Male driver still in the car, one Texas Department of Public Saftey officer and a local Abilene PD getting out of there cars. Anyone on the board here ? If it hadn't been him, might have been me as I always go a little too fast thru that area - 3 lanes in both directions, almost no traffic and speed limit is 60.
