So last week I called the Ford Customer service and they said my car was built on 6/22 and was in route with a dealer ETA of 7/13. I called today and they said the car has just been serialized with a ETA of 8/2? I'm confused.

What number did you call them at?? And did you have a VIN when you did?

800-392-3673 and I provided my VIN. I'm thinking maybe he wrote it down wrong. I thought the serialization process was before it being built.
