WHEEL HOP

Question for all you lucky guys that have your cars.

 

Did they fix it........... :lurk:

 

With every bit of strength I have I'm resisting........ Hopefully by this weekend I will get over 200mi on the car and will give it a test..

Short answer.... no. Did a little burn out in the driveway a couple of times to let my wife know I was home and I did experience wheel hop. I'm not used to that (accept in my SRT-4) so it was quite noticeable. Also got some hop shifting hard into 2nd once.

 

That's my limited input FWIW.

That's a big disappointment. I mean everything I've read about not going to an IRS was b/c partially due to wheel hop which could be avoided with a solid rear axle. Turns out that is not the case I guess.
