If you had the Shaker 1000 system and had the associated 427 trunk mat, the trunk mat will come up short as the sub-box for the new system is significantly smaller than the Shaker 1000 box. If you simply had the Shaker 500 system with no sub-box in the trunck and the associated 427 trunk mat, then you will probably be better off, The mat may be a little large and fold up onto the new sub-box. You could try to slip the mat under the new box or you could have a local upholstery shop modify the trunk mat for you. Good luck... GT Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
