Cobrabitn
Some of you got the opportunity to attend an SCMC event in VA last month at VIR and we're glad you all had a good time. This year we are sharing that same passion with the northeast folks at the new facility of New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. This event will have the same layout as our tenth anniversary with quality track time and a great opportunity to socialize with fellow Shelby and Mustang owners. This is our first time at this facility so we're hoping to have a good turnout from all of the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic folks. The event dates are on a Friday/Saturday, July 17-18, 2009, as this time schedule seems to work out pretty good since it will give you a travel day to get home on Sunday. You can find more information about the event by going here: http://www.svtcobraclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16585 You can pay for the track on line by going here: http://www.scmcstore.com/store/product.php...at=2&page=1 You can pay for the car show by going here: http://www.scmcstore.com/store/product.php...at=2&page=1 We hope to see lots of Shelby fans come out to the event and get an opportunity to share the same passion we have with our snakes. Thanks, Tony
captdave
This looks like a great event too attend. And it is only 2 miles away. How could I not attend. I will be taking photos at the track. If you are attending let me know which car is yours. I could make you famous. CaptDave

captdave
Im signed up for the track event - Saturday only - cant wait to check out the Thunderhill course :happy feet: It's called Thunderbolt. It was a P47 training base in 1943-45. Just before you cross over the bridge to the inner track at Thunderbolt look to your left. There is a large concrete structure. It's full of 50 cal indentations. This is where they would align the guns on the P47. CaptDave
