twobjshelbys
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Shelby-COBR...W#ht_500wt_1360 My car is in one of the pictures. This one is fiberglass with a Roush 427R (with the big cam). The only difference between this and mine (besides color) is mine is Carbon Fiber and has the fuel injected 427IR. twobjshelbys
man, not one bid... Yeah, but this time sucks. I know the $80K was way under what it cost. It was/is a very nice Cobra with an awesome powerplant (the carbureted version of mine) that will wup your a**.

dcdoug
I actually bid on that car when he first posted it (it's been listed several times). The problem is that his reserve is higher than $80k and for what he wanted, I could get my own built exactly the way I want it. So that's what I did.....I might have bought it at $80k......seemed like a nice car and a nice guy. Here's what's sad. This car sold yesterday for $61k! Not sure why this hasn't been updated but this car was relisted as no reserve and sold for $61k. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1965-Shelby...%3A1|240%3A1318

The seller is the guy that buys Cobra's from SAI and installs the drivetrain himself. His website is www.goplanetcobra.com Steve
