If we can agree that the Constitution has the force of law fine. But if not we will have blood running in the streets again just like we, as a nation-to-be, had prior to writing that great document. Keep things simple - does the Constitution empower the President to fire the heads of private business? Heck no! How are We The People going to fix that except through the ballot box, impeachment or possibly following the example of our revolutionary Founding Fathers? If we as a country are spending more than any possible revenue from taxes (no matter who is defined as the hated "rich") by borrowing from abroad or even worse printing money, how long can that go on until we are "evicted" from our country?
