The country was taken over by the Northern Alliance and held democratic elections. The Taliban were defeated. Problem is the Taliban resurged with volunteers from all over the Muslim world and are now growing strong. We should be able to fight on two fronts. Especially when reasonalby close together. Yes you are correct they moved to Pakistan and we did not pursue for a variety of reasons. They have become stronger and are challenging again. They will have to change tactics as they were defeated by American airpower more than the ground force of the Northern Alliance. Can someone do something to make this damn font larger!!!!!!!!!!
