ILSTANG
I have a 1965, 289 V8, convertible, in perfect shape with 25,000 miles. Just put a deposit on a 2007 Shelby GT 500 and have decided to sell my antique mustang. What is the best way to sell it? What is the best way to price it? Thanks

07 GT500
no rust, a/c, spoke wheels, luggage rack, not GT, code:5F080763559 thanks The fifth digit in your VIN should be either a C or possibly a D, IF your car might be a 64 1/2. That is your engine code.
drlovegun
If the 5th digit of your vin is indeed a D then you have a 64 1/2 VIN Number: 5F08D763559 Year: 5 1965 (1964 1/2) Plant: F Dearborn, MI Body Series: 08 Convertible Engine: D 289 4v V8 Unit: 763559 763559 If it's in as good a shape as you say if it's a D you could easily get 20K for it, if it's a C then easily 17+
