Grabber Posted December 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2009 With Christmas goodies being delivered to our house every day from our neighbors and Tana cooking up several batchs of goodies, I decided to run 5 miles every day during my 4 days off. I have been eating plenty these last few weeks and the running has helped keep my weight where I like it. When I was working with my tools for the previous 10 months, it was very easy to keep the pounds off and not go to the gym. I guess what I'm saying is that it takes allot of work to stay fit. kstrong Posted December 10, 2011 Report Share Posted December 10, 2011 Hey Rob, Started my diet on Feb 1st, 2011, weighing in at 188 pounds. By May 1st, down to 162 pounds. By Sept 1st, down to 150 pounds, Told to gain some back by Doc and Nutritionist. Stable at 156 pounds from Sept 1st to Nov 1st. Last week weighed in at 153 pounds. Exercise and diet is the answer for sure. And not eating any of the treats every where you go.
