I agree.

 

I have to keep up my good eating habits and exersize to stay this fit.

 

It does not just happen by itself. Wish it did....but it's work.

I agree. My recent redecorating in the house didn't happen by itself! :happy feet:

 

I could lose about 10 lbs around my waist. I just don't seem to have the motivation. :finger:

With Christmas goodies being delivered to our house every day from our neighbors and Tana cooking up several batchs of goodies, I decided to run 5 miles every day during my 4 days off. I have been eating plenty these last few weeks and the running has helped keep my weight where I like it.

 

I just ran 5 miles at 4pm and then weighed in.

 

12/27/09 - 174.6 pounds & 10.8% Body Fat & 42.0% Muscle

Very true statement Keith. With my line of work these days.....I have to be fit to stay on top.

 

The other thing about staying fit has to do with your most important muscle. Your heart.

I stopped running about 3 months ago when my hip started bothering me. Now I get my cardio work out on the elyptical training machine at the gym. I make it a point to go every other day. I seem to of found my average weight and feel pretty good.

Since I got my supervisor position back in June, I have had to start going to the gym on a regular basis to keep fit. When I was working with my tools for the previous 10 months, it was very easy to keep the pounds off and not go to the gym. I guess what I'm saying is that it takes allot of work to stay fit. I keep track of my weight and record it so I can keep a good handle on it.

Well....the Thanks giving holiday has been good. The food was wonderfull. I have let myself slip a bit and have put on 10 pounds since last February.

 

Today I am starting a protien diet and going to focus on dropping the 10 pounds.

Hey Rob,

Started my diet on Feb 1st, 2011, weighing in at 188 pounds.

By May 1st, down to 162 pounds.

By Sept 1st, down to 150 pounds,

Told to gain some back by Doc and Nutritionist.

Stable at 156 pounds from Sept 1st to Nov 1st.

Last week weighed in at 153 pounds.

Exercise and diet is the answer for sure. :drop:

And not eating any of the treats every where you go. :hysterical:
