abe Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 Here is a strange one... I was on my way to work the other morning and my car starts with a hesitation/miss. At first I thought it might be breaking traction in the snow and ice causing the traction control to cut fuel, but there was no traction light coming on. So I finally get where I'm going, pop the hood, and wow!! The airfilter is laying in the bottom of the cold air box. Somehow it fell off of the map housing. I checked the steeda elbow and it was still on but the clamps were loose. After reinstalling the airfilter and tightening all the clamps I took the car for a spin. It is fixed!!! I dont know what caused it, but Im glad it wasnt serious. Just another something to look out for. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
