The Aliante Hotel at the bash, had a very cool Cisco phone system in both the room and the bathroom, anyway, sitting on the throne, pondering the ways of the world, this image pooped (er, popped) up in the screen... dukenrock Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 I sell NEC phone systems and one of the features on the new NEC iP systems is the XML display function (Which is what you are seeing on the Cisco) You connect a separate server with all of the XML applications, and the phones can run whatever is on that server. (Weather map, Stock Market ticker, Picture Slide show etc) Pretty cool! Nice catch!!! Forgot to mention, the NEC system is much more user friendly and alot less expensive!
