SGT/SC2873 Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 I got my email notice today for renewal and when I click on the short cut it takes me to the Renewal page. It allows me to type in my login information and then hangs up without responding. It seems to be hanging each time with 16 items left for download...anyone else having problems? I have sent out over 600 e-mails but some have come back as no good. If you can e-mail me with your member number and new e-mail address I can get your new e-mail address.
