sharabi
Russian missiles to counter U.S. defence plan: Medvedev http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2008/11/05/m...dev-speech.html The real challenge will be pressing on with north Korea and Iran...those are the real test...it shows how fine the diplomacy/resolve in dismantling their programs and nuclear ambition...what scares me is that north Korea is taking a deep breath now Bush is out of the office and will try to reverse what Hill has achieved....same with the Iranians....you may not need to go direct confrontation with Russia when you can press on their Achilles's in Iran and North Korea. however US scored in Belkan but ticked off Russia and the latter paid back in Georgia. indirect some times could be better than wounding a bear...and Russia is a heck of a bear. AstroDan
Don't worry about this kind of story. As you know, the economy is the #1 issue before us. All this foreign relations stuff is not that important... (sarcasm)
RUFDRAFT
Don't worry. Our economy needs an ongoing conflict to keep our people making weapons. We'll always have a battle somewhere. We could not survive world peace. Sad - but true. Just my 2c.
stormeaston
North Korea will be his first test, they are already re-nigin on the last deal we made with them.
Boss Doctor
North Korea will be his first test, they are already re-nigin on the last deal we made with them. That's just because they want more money out of us. They're hoping they'll be bribed again like Clinton did.
