shelbymopar89
Allright, I was going to wait till I was totally finished with the car but it seems I have to have one of my Koni struts rebuilt and it looks to be a while. So here ya go. Just *almost* finished a four year ground up resto. Was going for the resto mod class. Details to follow but here are some pics for your viewing pleasure. From start to.......almost finished.

shelbymopar89
Thanks guys. I have it all back together now, I am waiting to get it buffed out, then all the new decals put on. I drove it last Fri and Sat night, it was very apparent how much I missed the car. I can not believe how good it feels and drives. I am running 18lbs now but it is way rich 9.8-10.2 I need to get it leaned out a bit and throw it on the dyno. Big Daddy's will be the first show since the build, and I am very excited, even though they do not cater to FWD's much. Here is the info for the show. Nov. 1st and 2nd (Sat and Sun) Ocala, FL - 21st Annual Mopars with Big Daddy Don Garlits. Hosted by the Florida Mopar Assoc. at Don Garlits' Drag Racing Museum. 8 AM to 4 PM Saturday is participants' choice. 8 AM to 4 PM Sunday is a judged show. Pre registration is $ 30 by Oct. 3rd, day of show is $ 35. Car info Jack Morton (813)986-0990.

StokedShelbyOwner
Amazing how many of the 'Right Parts' you used on your restoration. With each set of pics I can spot more custom parts. Not so much a restoration as a remanufacturing, you know, kinda like Shelby did in the first place :shades: . Does the CS Racer rear panhard bar adjust both wheels in/out, or just one?
