You have to order it from Shelby Perf. Parts., Have your vin number ready before ordering it. The vin number is on the dash plaque you also get sill plates with the dash plaque. Click on "Shelby Perf. Parts" on the left column on your screen under "Resources".

VaporDude
Congrats on the car, you will love it. By the way, what color, options etc did you get? Any pictures yet? clayton shelby
I came back from vacation last night and my plaque was here. Installed the sill plates this morning. That took about 10 mins. The fishing line idea worked great. I'm now putting on the clear and should have the plaque on in a few hrs. It is all very high quality and looks great. What "clear" do you have to put on the plaque? Just wanted to know because I ordered one yesterday. Thanks in advance.
clayton shelby
What "clear" do you have to put on the plaque? Just wanted to know because I ordered one yesterday. Thanks in advance. I took the advice of many others on this forum and used Krylon VU-Resistant Clear #1309. I misted the 1st 2 coats, then applied 3-4 more light coats. It came out great. sharabi
I took chance with krylon and as you can see it worked perfect ... However had i had the chance to repeat it again i would not take the chance. If you plan on a dily driver leaving it in the sun then you can use something to cover it....if you are like the most of us for weekend drives then you are ok without. chances you may mess up the sharpie with the spray. KiefferGT500
Just got mine in. Ordered : 6/17/2008 Recieved: 8/8/2008 Just over 7 weeks. Looks great. Still debating on spraying but leaning towards not right now....
gradona
Still debating on spraying but leaning towards not right now.... I'm not spraying mine. I know enough to be careful with it and if anyone else touches it I have a 9 MM to take care of that
VaporDude
Can we make a suggestion to Mr. Shelby to use a paint pen instead of a Sharpie? I think it would last alot longer and would be more durable for a longer period of time.
kevhead20
Mine went on naked.
SC5.4
Maybe everyone should buy backup plaques just in case! You know YOU thought of that!
