I'm planning on going and it'd be great to see some more Shelbys there. I've uploaded the flyer for the show if anyone is interested. oilbleak Posted August 9, 2008 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 Except for the heat, it was a pretty good show with a nice mix of cars (two AC Cobras, but no other Shelby Mustangs - young or old). I wound up going home with a 2nd place trophy for my class but more importantly the judges at the show were great and gave me some really good advice. Hopefully next time I'll be able to take home a 1st place trophy. Still, there were a lot of cars that didn't get anything so I'm not complaining. I took my dad for a ride up north and I had to leave the top up because it was so hot. BTW convertibles are great for wheel chair bound folks. I just lowered the top and then I can pick move dad into the seat without worrying about him bending over to fit under the roof.
