SGT-C0056
Wow, great price. Wonder where they got it, they are here in Houston and I am the only one that i know of. This car unit number is 37 after mine, yet has a CSM of almost 100 more than mine.

scottmadwi
My Marine son spotted 08SGT0117 on base at Camp Pendelton California. It owned by another Marine. 08SGT0117 is a very rare GT-C. It is the ONLY GT-C produced with a manual transmission, active anti-theft system, HID headlamps, and NO interior upgrade package with an MSRP of $30,755. That was the lowest MSRP for a GT-C, and the only "one of one" produced! I wonder if the owner knows how rare his car actually is.
SGT0128
I'm not sure, but I doubt it. My son left all the Shelby forums information on the windshield and requesting he contact me, so far, nothing. Apparently the owner works at camp Horno within the base. I have manual, HID and active anti-theft system. The easiest differences to spot are the instrument cluster items. The non-updgraded cars are missing the gauges in the center; rather they have a digital odometer. Hope that helps. I was surprised to hear of one produced like this. Only 3 GT-C's were produced with no interior upgrade package. The other 2 GT-C's with no interior upgrade package had the Shaker 1000 option. Those 2 GT-C's were #0009 and #0030. Each of those 2 had a Ford MSRP of $32,050. All other GT-C's produced had the interior upgrade package with a satin aluminum dash panel.

08SGT-C
Lots of nice looking cars folks. I've got #178 near Santa Barbara, CA and there's another one in town. We both drive our cars daily, which for many is taboo but I figure even all the old Shelby's were driven and driven hard in many cases. You see what the values on those cars are like every time you watch Barrett Jackson or any other major auction of collector cars. How many of you drive your cars daily? Yes, even in the rain! I thouroughly enjoy the car and the reactions it gets from men, women and children of all ages. Shelby and the Southern California Ford Dealers hit the nail on the head with this striking color combo. My car has a GT decklid spoiler installed by the dealer that took initial delivery of the car. It was traded to a dealer near my home for a vista blue 08SGT. I have the PIAA Driving light/brake duct kit for the lower fascia. Just need to install them, working up to cutting four 3.5" holes in my lower fascia. Scary! I have a solution to hanging the front license plate on your GT-C without putting holes in your bumper. Use a trailer license plate bracket, Napa P/N 42722 and mount the plate from the back side of the crash bumper located behind the bumper fascia. It gives the appearance of being suspended in air in the lower grill opening. You'll need some good quality self tapping screws, and an angle head drill to start the holes for the screws as the crash bumper is really tough. The lower splash panel must be removed from between the lower fascia and cross-member for access. Note: if you have an intercooler it may not fit or could be really tight quarters. Lower grill inserts negate this setup all together.

I drove it to the Rocky mountain Mustang Roundup in Steamboat + a Route 66 trip to the Grand Canyon and to New Mexico with Mustangs Across America. If you're up for a cruise I'm meeting about 15 other Mustangs in San Juan Capistrano next Sat for a 200 mile cruise on the Ortega highway then up around Big Bear lake. On Memorial Day I'm sponsoring a Mustang Cruise from Victorville to Williams Az and the Grand Canyon via the good stretches of Route 66. Come on out and show off your beautiful GT-C !! Congrats!! so it was traded in for a Vista Blue!, nice color, but I would have kept the GO. I have only 7000 miles on mine, I only drive it on nice days and yes, NO RAIN. I have a work truck that is my daily driver, so I dont drive the GO that much. I did pick up a Hertz Vert, so now i drive that one in rain or like yesterday when the weather feels like S. California!! As for the front plate, i do not have one and some of my friends installed a remote control unit, that hides the plate under the front facia and is activated via a remote control that makes it pop out. its great for those Cops!! scottmadwi
Over the past 3 weeks, I have been running AutoCheck reports on the 215 GT-C’s. Only 10 cars report no registered owners. Of those 10, 3 cars were exported to Germany (08SGT0050, 08SGT0099, and 08SGT0110). Galpin Ford is believed to have 08SGT0003 in their museum. According to Willy at Perry Ford, both 08SGT0010 and 08SGT0077 were sold on March 10, 2008 to someone local in California, but neither car have ever been registered according to AutoCheck. A Ford dealer in Kirkland, WA was last known to have 08SGT0087 in stock with 2,029 miles, but that car has never been registered. Last I knew, Perry Ford still owned 08SGT0100 and 08SGT0119, but I do not know if they are available for sale at this time. Last I knew, Hollywood Ford owned 08SGT0138, but I do not know if that car is available for sale. 175 of the GT-C’s have had one known owner. 29 of the GT-C’s have had two known owners. Of those 29 cars, I believe 7 were purchased by FoMoCo and sent to a dealer auction. Those 7 cars were registered in MI with almost no miles and ended up at a dealer auction after very little time. Another 7 of those 29 cars were originally leased when new. One GT-C has had three known owners and was involved in a reported theft. Eight of the GT-C’s have been in a reported accident. The highest odometer reading I have seen on a GT-C is 37,997 miles. I’m sure some of you know of Anders Nannerup who had 08SGT0064 exported to Denmark. He told me in an email that he has since sold that car to someone else in Denmark, but I have not had luck establishing contact with the new owner. Here is what I have on the last known location or place of registration for the 215 GT-C’s. 08SGT0003 CA 08SGT0004 CA 08SGT0005 CA 08SGT0006 CA 08SGT0007 VA 08SGT0008 IL 08SGT0009 CA 08SGT0010 CA 08SGT0011 CA 08SGT0012 CA 08SGT0013 CA 08SGT0014 CA 08SGT0015 NY 08SGT0016 CA 08SGT0017 TX 08SGT0018 NV 08SGT0019 CA 08SGT0020 MD 08SGT0021 CA 08SGT0022 CA 08SGT0023 NC 08SGT0024 CA 08SGT0025 CA 08SGT0026 CA 08SGT0027 AZ 08SGT0028 CA 08SGT0029 CA 08SGT0030 CA 08SGT0031 LA 08SGT0032 TX 08SGT0033 CA 08SGT0034 CA 08SGT0035 CA 08SGT0036 CA 08SGT0037 CA 08SGT0038 AZ 08SGT0039 CA 08SGT0040 AZ 08SGT0041 CA 08SGT0042 CA 08SGT0043 CA 08SGT0044 TX 08SGT0045 GA 08SGT0046 CO 08SGT0047 CA 08SGT0048 CA 08SGT0049 CA 08SGT0050 Germany 08SGT0051 CA 08SGT0052 CA 08SGT0053 CA 08SGT0054 WA 08SGT0055 NY 08SGT0056 TX 08SGT0057 CA 08SGT0058 CA 08SGT0059 CA 08SGT0060 CA 08SGT0061 CA 08SGT0062 CA 08SGT0063 CA 08SGT0064 Denmark 08SGT0065 CA 08SGT0066 CA 08SGT0067 CA 08SGT0068 CA 08SGT0069 AZ 08SGT0070 CA 08SGT0071 CA 08SGT0072 NC 08SGT0073 CA 08SGT0074 WA 08SGT0075 MO 08SGT0076 AL 08SGT0077 CA 08SGT0078 CA 08SGT0079 GA 08SGT0080 CA 08SGT0081 OK 08SGT0082 CA 08SGT0083 CA 08SGT0084 AL 08SGT0085 NV 08SGT0086 CA 08SGT0087 WA 08SGT0088 MI 08SGT0089 TX 08SGT0090 CA 08SGT0091 CA 08SGT0092 UT 08SGT0093 CA 08SGT0094 WA 08SGT0095 VA 08SGT0096 TX 08SGT0097 CA 08SGT0098 WA 08SGT0099 Germany 08SGT0100 CA 08SGT0101 MO 08SGT0102 CT 08SGT0103 CA 08SGT0104 CA 08SGT0105 CA 08SGT0106 CA 08SGT0107 CA 08SGT0108 CA 08SGT0109 FL 08SGT0110 Germany 08SGT0111 CA 08SGT0112 GA 08SGT0113 CA 08SGT0114 CA 08SGT0115 TX 08SGT0116 AZ 08SGT0117 CA 08SGT0118 VA 08SGT0119 CA 08SGT0120 CA 08SGT0121 OK 08SGT0122 CA 08SGT0123 MI 08SGT0124 CA 08SGT0125 CA 08SGT0126 CA 08SGT0127 CA 08SGT0128 TX 08SGT0129 WA 08SGT0130 AZ 08SGT0131 AZ 08SGT0132 CA 08SGT0133 TX 08SGT0134 NV 08SGT0135 CA 08SGT0136 CA 08SGT0137 CA 08SGT0138 CA 08SGT0139 CA 08SGT0140 CA 08SGT0141 CA 08SGT0142 CA 08SGT0143 CA 08SGT0144 CA 08SGT0145 CA 08SGT0146 ID 08SGT0147 CA 08SGT0148 CA 08SGT0149 TX 08SGT0150 CA 08SGT0151 CA 08SGT0152 CA 08SGT0153 CA 08SGT0154 NY 08SGT0155 CA 08SGT0156 CA 08SGT0157 CA 08SGT0158 AZ 08SGT0159 CA 08SGT0160 CA 08SGT0161 CA 08SGT0162 CA 08SGT0163 CA 08SGT0164 CA 08SGT0165 CA 08SGT0166 TN 08SGT0167 CA 08SGT0168 CA 08SGT0169 NY 08SGT0170 CA 08SGT0171 CA 08SGT0172 WI 08SGT0173 CA 08SGT0174 CA 08SGT0175 TX 08SGT0176 WY 08SGT0177 CA 08SGT0178 CA 08SGT0179 CA 08SGT0180 NE 08SGT0181 CA 08SGT0182 CA 08SGT0183 CA 08SGT0184 CA 08SGT0185 MO 08SGT0186 CA 08SGT0187 CA 08SGT0188 CA 08SGT0189 CA 08SGT0190 CA 08SGT0191 CA 08SGT0192 CA 08SGT0193 CA 08SGT0194 CA 08SGT0195 CA 08SGT0196 OR 08SGT0197 MD 08SGT0198 FL 08SGT0199 CA 08SGT0200 CA 08SGT0201 MO 08SGT0202 CA 08SGT0203 CA 08SGT0204 CA 08SGT0205 CA 08SGT0206 CA 08SGT0207 CA 08SGT0208 CA 08SGT0209 LA 08SGT0210 CA 08SGT0211 CA 08SGT0212 CA 08SGT0213 CA 08SGT0214 CA 08SGT0215 CA 08SGT0216 CA 08SGT0217 TX

If you are, please join us at the Big Show (Mustangs & Ford powered) on Saturday, April 19th @ Town & Country Ford (Bessemer, AL). Louis, you've made the drive to Birmingham already - join us if you can! For those that attended the 45th Mustang Anniversary party last April, Louis and I proudly represented the GO SGTs (see pic).
