David. Not that it really matters if the seller is an individual or a broker but he says: "My Shelby GT500 has been built ...'' "My KR has been ordered in black exterior....." "This pre-owned collectabl..... " My guess he was going to try to sell it in Dubai but circumstances changed and he's trying to get out from it. I just read this yesterday, the average personal income in Dubai is $186K and there is no personal income tax... Oh, health care is State funded and highly rated.
