07SGT4578 Posted June 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 They are stamped aluminum like the quarter window covers, the snake is raised. they are definately an nice piece and look bad ass on the back of our cars. Am I the first to get one? I had it overnighted. they are very easy to install took a whole 4 seconds fits right over the origional, they have about a 1/16 inch lip all around. My new faus gas cap should be waiting for me when I get home. I would like to put it on tonight before tomorrows car show. Any help/tips on installation would be greatly appreciated. 2007_Shelby_GT Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 Just clean off your existing "GT", use a little masking tape to make sure you have the new one aligned, mark with a non-permanent pen, remove the "sticky back" thats on the new cap, re-align and stick it on!
