so knowbody has a clue????? i am trying to buy it and would like a starting point

It is only worth more (than any other K-code engine) to the owner of the GT-350 it came from. To anyone else, it being from a Shelby is a big "so what".

Completely rebuilt K-code engines are available for $7,500 to $10,000.

Mustang K code engines were rated at 271hp

GT350 K code engines were rated at 306hp

The OP says this engine has a factory installed Paxton blower which was rated around 400hp.

I'd say its worth more than any other K code engine. Its also worth alot more to the owner of the car it came out of.

I would think the paxton adds considerably to its value.

You need to find the car it goes to, that would be cool.

i do know where the car is, and both other parties want to buy the other one out

but neither one of them want the other one to get the car or the engine
