zhb353 Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 A friend of mine has a car ordered from a small dealer in SW Missouri, and his dealer told him that his car is built but delayed becauseit is having the stripes painted on because of the problems people are having with the vinyl stripes. They begin with a pair of silver Le Mans racing stripes painted over either a white or black coupe (no convertible versions are planned). The reference to painted stripes is from Edmunds Inside Line.
