ShelbySteve Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 Hey all GT500 owners in SOCAL, The 23rd Annual Fabulous Fords Forever car show at Knotts Berry farm is Sunday April 20, 2008. I went last year and it was a blast. There where 22 Shelby GT500's there not to mention 2,000 other mustangs. I am sure that number will increase this year. We are planning to meet at Galpin Auto Sports on Roscoe and the 405 at 7AM to drive down to the show together. We will leave by 7:30 AM. Hope you can make it. They expect 70+ Mustangs - a mile of mustangs on I-5! Let me see if I can get them to imitate the Shelby Run speeds Sharon and Robert - it will be great to see you there! Michael Michael I went last year and if you go with Craig and the crew you will be able to use all the power you got fore sure. I am sure sorry that I wont be able to go this year it is a fun show and Ca-Mustangs is a good bunch of folks to hang with. The cruise to Knotts is a blast bring you're GPS so you can find the hotel. If I remember right, there were 1800 cars in attendance - 1004 of them were Mustangs (well, 1003 - one of them had an accident on the way to the show at about 5:30 yesterday morning). Was a GREAT show for sure - as it always is. A HUGE thank you to the supporting vendors like Shelby who help make this event the success that it is. If I remember right, there were 1800 cars in attendance - 1004 of them were Mustangs (well, 1003 - one of them had an accident on the way to the show at about 5:30 yesterday morning). To anyone that hasn't gone to this show recently you really need to go. It's been several years since I've attended the show and after attending this years show all I can say is WOW!!!! I've never seen this many Mustangs in one spot anywhere and after you get your fill of Mustangs you can trek on over to dozens of Broncos, T-birds, Pintos, SHO's, Lincolns, Mercs and on and on.
