The great Shelby Dodge video

Recommended Posts

Has Shelby driving the GLHS in the first part of the video and then near the end on the road course. "There's nothing that gives me more pleasure though than building a little car for $11,000 like this GLH here that just blows there doors off", Carol Shelby..

this one is too funny. Dodge sold about 40 turbo Reliant K wagons with a turbo in 86 to the military. Stripped down with front buckets, floor consol / shifter and AC. Otherwise a NA car, even had tiny brakes and sway bar. I have one of the 3 found online to exist. They feel like an Omni with low weight. Mine with no compression and a GLHS stage 2 computer, other wise stock GLHS setup run 14.5 @ 98 with a 2.35 60ft time.

Then an all out stripped down race car with the weight up front. K cars with 8v engines can go fast. I like my street cars though and turning lol.
